At RCF Designs, we take pride in creating quality custom apparel, personalized gifts, and DTF transfers. Please review our return and exchange guidelines before placing an order.
Custom & Personalized Products
Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer, custom and personalized items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-provided personalization errors.
Please carefully review all product details, sizes, colors, spelling, and personalization information before submitting your order.
DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets
Customers are responsible for reviewing their uploaded designs before submitting an order.

Images must be submitted with a transparent background when transparency is required.

Designs are printed as submitted.

RCF Designs does not automatically remove backgrounds, correct artwork, or modify customer-submitted files.

Customers are responsible for confirming image quality, sizing, spelling, and design placement.

Color appearance may vary between digital screens and finished prints.
DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom-produced items and are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to customer-submitted design errors.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when possible.
We will review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.
