Order Processing

Many of our products are custom-made to order. Processing times vary depending on the product type, order size, customization requirements, and current order volume.

Custom Apparel — 5–7 Business Days

All custom shirts and apparel are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order is ready for shipping or local pickup.

DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets — 2–4 Business Days

Our DTF transfers and gang sheets typically require 2–4 business days for processing before shipping or local pickup.

Personalized & Engraved Gifts

Processing times may vary depending on the item and customization required. Please refer to the individual product description or contact us for an estimated turnaround time.

Please Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing times do not include shipping transit time. Additional processing time may be necessary during holidays, busy seasons, or for large custom orders.

Shipping

We offer shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the available shipping options.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

DTF Printing & Gang Sheet Pickup

Processing Time: 2–4 business days.

Pickup Days: Wednesdays and Fridays, anytime after 9:00 AM.

Once your DTF printing order is complete, you will receive a Ready for Pickup notification. Completed DTF orders may be picked up anytime after 9:00 AM on our designated pickup days. No appointment or scheduled time slot is necessary.

Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before arriving.

Custom Apparel Pickup

Processing Time: 5–7 business days.

All custom apparel is made to order. You will receive a notification once your order is ready, and pickup arrangements can be coordinated at that time.

The Wednesday and Friday DTF pickup schedule does not apply to custom apparel orders.

Personalized & Engraved Gifts

Processing times vary depending on the product and customization required. You will receive a notification when your order is ready, and pickup arrangements can be coordinated at that time.
